Reviews
"The store was clean. Aisles were not cluttered. Restrooms could have used attention when I went Plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out of parking with trailer or big truck. Self checkout was no problem"
"I went to this store yesterday and the LADY at the self check out was very rude I have manners so I say yes ma’am and yes sir well upon me saying yes ma’am after having items removed I had the lady tell me that she ain’t no man she’s a female and obviously I can see that as I am not blind nor stupid then she proceeded to make the comment your people which I highly do not appreciate. In no way am I am racist person so I do not appreciate the comment that was made another customer also heard what was said. That is what’s wrong with the world today absolutely pitiful I will not go back to this store at all what so ever and I will be following up with the customer service I received. I already mentioned it to the store manager at the time of the incident. But if that were the other way around and I were an employee I would have been terminated or wrote up I’m sure."
"Their 48hr return policy is criminal. They took more than 48 hours to deliver my stove and delivered with missing parts and when I tried to exchange the non-used stove, they simply refused. I spent 3 hours with customer service and did not succeed. I don’t recommend purchasing appliances at any Lowe’s locations, but I do recommend purchasing their stock, because a return policy like that has to be great for shareholders."
"This Lowes and especially the management/employees of this location (which includes the blond haired night manager with curly hair) need to go work as far away from the general public as possible. This includes the especially NASTY and UNPROFESSIONAL lady with the bald head and an even uglier attitude. If I was looking for the most effective people to quickly run my business into the ground, I’d have an all-star crew to get it done on Dickerson Road. I wanted to return an item WITH A RECEIPT and they refused to take my item that was brand new 2 weeks after I bought it. They told me I had to go to another location 7 miles away to do it. When I told the lady that I have limited time and bought it from a chain, the bald lady told me that it was “only 7 miles away,” as to suggest that it was no big deal that I waste time running around town for nothing, and that I should shut up about it. I’ve never written a review about anywhere like this, but these are the ugliest acting, rudest people I’ve ever come in contact with in a retail store in my life. 1. There’s nothing wrong with having policies and procedures. 2. There’s nothing wrong with delivering information people don’t want to hear. HINT: It’s about HOW YOU TALK TO PEOPLE. It’s about not being rude to complete strangers who paid money to shop at your store. They’re acting like there’s even one item in that store that that couldn’t be bought from 50 other stores in town. Especially if you have to drive around town just to return an item for nothing—what’s the point? If I ran into this crew at the return counter for SPIRIT HALLOWEEN, I’d have laughed it off as entertainment. Maybe they should think about going into management there."
"Really rude and unprofessional fork lift guy and flag crew today. I've supported this store since it opened. I couldn't be more disappointed. Right out front, this is the area for pros. They should act like it. You can do better."
