McDonald's East College Street US 41S &, Greenbrier, TN 37073

"Sadly this store gets worse everyday. I'd hope it would get things turned around, being neighbors and all. I changed my 5 Star review to 1. And would have not given one but I was force to. The food is horribly thrown together with little care for presentation. And now they served me and my family soured meat. I am done with this store until they get it together. When you pay premium price you demand the food you get looks and tastes good. I'll not be back unless they get it together."

"For the last few weeks this store has gone downhill FAST! Tonight we got cheeseburgers no one would eat because the meat tasted sour. Hopefully it wasn't something that will make us all sick. I'd noticed something causing a longer than usual wait, not sure. I Hate to Rate at 2 Stars. But this is a generous Rating. These are my neighbors and I had hoped for a better result. I'll wait and adjust the Rating. But I'm not in a hurry to go back."

"My wife went inside to order a soda drink, that's it, she just wanted a soda. One customer was eating, and one employee (on break apparently) was in the dining room. 2 or 3 employees saw that she was standing there to order and purposefully turned their backs to her. She waited 5 minutes and finally walked out. What is wrong with ordering/dining inside at McDonald's?"

"We come here every Sunday & while it is McDonald’s and we don’t expect Gordon Ramsey level food we do expect our moneys worth and the attitude received by the blonde in the pick up window wasn’t needed when I paid $4.19 for a frappe and then was told they didn’t have any…okay fine but then was replaced with a sweet tea by choice however getting a tea $2 (if that) for the price of an almost $5 coffee doesn’t add up so I addressed it & was met with attitude and smart mouths. Instead of arguing with them as they did not have it together this morning, we decided to leave. While I understand being overwhelmed during breakfast rush there’s a certain way you should talk to customers. Do better."
