"Could not be more pleased with the service and communication before and after the repair. We had an issue in the master bathroom that was causing lights and outlets to trip. Setting the appointment with Carley/Kristen was pleasant, awesome communication to let us know they are coming with a text that has a picture of our Tech Nate. Nate arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, provided options, and fixed the problem. Nate is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Nice follow up after the repair. "From start to finish a great experience. First contact was wonderful. They were able to send a tech out the next day. I was notified by email, text and a phone call the day of the service letting me know the technician was on his way along with a picture of the technician and a short bio. My technician Preston was courteous and knowledgeable. He very quickly fixed my issue while also being courteous of the fact my wife was working from home. He did a full inspection of the home before leaving. He gave a complete report of possible upgrades without any pressure to immediate fix the issues found. The company conducted a follow up to see how I felt about the service as well. I definitely recommend if you need electrical work done to give them a call. I didn’t get any photos while he was here but I love the attention to detail having the screws all face the same way."
