"Went in this morning and happened to notice these gorgeous orchids, so i picked 3 of them up. When i got to the register, they rung up 22.98, i called the attendant over and brought it to her attention & showed her the picture showing it was priced at 15.98 with the orchids i had grabbed. She said they put the pallet out this morning but didn’t change the tags and instead brought me a plain white orchid & said those are the ones for 15.98. I didn’t want to make a fuss so I just paid for the orchids and left, but it sucks having these pictures and even the attendant checking for herself and not matching the price considering it is their error and not mine. Hopefully their workers can properly put out price tags, or at least fix their mistakes next time i go."

"the staff (a black women)at door is so unprofessional.eveything i scanned and purchased. was told one item and another not scanned. i showed my two receipt (one in my phone,item purchased by phone).then she realized shes wrong. she choose to made a excuse instead of apologizing. people make mistakes all the time. apology would be nice. and they should hire more employee at door for checking receipt. waiting line like took 5-10 minutes."

"When an order is placed before the store is open , that order should be picked immediately when store open. As the orders come in, they should be picked. Pick up times shouldnt matter.Seems like they don't start picking till it's closer to that person's pick up time and by then the item be cleaned out and out of stock. Waking up early to placed an order for pick up is just as good as waking up early to walk in the store. Pick up department is slow especially when it's less than 5 times. I've had so many pick up orders canceled cause they waited around then item went out of stock then they send me cancel order."

"Edna is very rude and not helpful at all my wife was trying to buy our daughter some books and we were at self check out and it did not have a bar code but had a number we tried to do enter item number but needed a bag so after looking around for a few minutes Edna came from behind the boxes my wife said excuse me we are trying to buy these books but there is no bar code she took them and threw them in the back of the box’s when she came back my wife stated she wanted to buy them and said she didn’t say that and said she could go look for a bar code herself. My wife said no and she had another employee Leah go do it which was very nice and helped us be able to by the product but the rest of the time Edna was harassing us and pretty sure she took my wife picture. Which now much is feel unsafe"
