"Is it possible to give zero stars? Ever since the closed the CVS nearby, the lines are always extremely long. It should not take 45 minutes to get a prescription. Sometimes it takes days to get prescriptions filled. They do not have enough employees."

"I would give them 0 stars if I could. We've only started using this CVS since 2106 Rayford Road store closed and it's been one disaster after another. They are 4 days behind in auto-refills, and 2 days behind in new prescriptions sent over from a doctor. I would love to transfer my family's prescriptions to Walgreens however my insurance company only allows CVS. Maybe I'll try another CVS, even if I have to drive further again!!!"

"Worst pharmacy ever. The drive thru line is so long and slow my husband went inside and had to stand in a line right by the sex toys while our daughter was with him. Kept putting off picking up my Rx because the lines have been so long but couldn’t wait any longer."

"Same experience as everyone else it took over 45 minutes to get through the dual Lane pharmacy drive-through, which was only operating one lane. They gave me the wrong prescription so I had to go in because I was not waiting in that line again and the line for pick up prescriptions wrapped around the last aisle before getting to meds aisles. They are scrambling. The customer service is terrible. If you ask someone or something is they have no idea. I’m switching to HEB. I will not ever go through this again with this company they need help desperately."
