"Hey forever 21! I purchased a shirt with a cash payment at The Woodlands location. Decided to return it. Why did I need to present a form of identification? Why did the cashier type in my street address and ask for my phone number? I told her no thanks. She says “they asked for it”. So. Now I’m asking you. What are you doing with this information? Y’all don’t need to have my information if I’m making a return, with the original receipt. It’s super uncomfortable for me because when I made the purchase, I was not asked to present ID."
