"Worst Customer service ever cashiers are not helpful at all needed to call manager to be helped. The self checkout line was the worst thing Ross could come up with because we have to wait in line for sensors/alarms to be taken off by another associate."

"I just left here and I feel like I was profiled. So there was this talking Spider-Man figure that I seen by itself. It was the same as the one my son had that was in a package. So I placed it in the top part of the cart. And go to look for the items I originally came in for. As I’m walking I noticed a black man with orange jacket acting like a shopper following me. So my radar is up like this man is up to no good. So I go about my business calling family members showing them the finds I see. Now I see loss prevention white boy pointed at me. So I’m like why he pointing at me. Now I’m in the line because I want to ask if there’s more Spider-Man but in a package. So I saved it for last. Told the manager Spanish girl hey 2 weeks ago you guys had this but in a package. Is there’s more and she laughed and was like we had it over there 2 days ago. I’m like ok so are you going to check the back or not. Then she said something to the black cashier and she laughed. So I just paid for my find. Now it makes sense they thought I was a thief but once it was shown I wasn’t a thief I could’ve gotten customer service. I was laughed at like the story was made up and spent $100. Like if I was going to steal it would’ve been in my bag and I would’ve done self checkout."

"If you come to this store make sure you get all that you paid for. This management will not allow you to get your items if you forgot something, even if you have your ticket. That’s is unprofessional and unacceptable. People work hard for their money and no everybody is trying to stole or is a criminal. That’s how I felt. Be carful over there or go to another store."

"Staff friendly, was organized and a lot of varieties.... Enjoy this visit to the store today, of course I went early on Sunday morning to avoid the crowd and mess. In the store you can find a little everything (basic stuff) as gym supplies, yoga mat, perfums, make up, lipstick, luggage, snacks, toys for kids and babies, stuff for the kitchen, pets, bathroom stuff as for the bedroom. Also they have all type of cloth for adults and kids plus accesories as bags and hatsm. In the store they have a pick up Amazon order. The prices are good. If you need something I will recommend this store but try to come early because latet is too crowded and messy which make harder to find what you are looking."
