"The workers are rude and unhelpful. Since putting in the self checkout, the employees totally disassociate from customer interaction. RUDE VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL!!!"

"I've always liked this store until they started forcing all customers to use their new space age looking self checkout machine! No option to use a register with a person. There was an older lady almost in tears not understanding the register. There is an employee telling you how you are supposed to operate this new check out but having a cashier on a register is needed as well!"

"I see they only respond to customers that give 5 stars, unfortunately this location is not worth going and the sad part about it is a brand new location, the employees are so unprofessional, rude definitely not friendly and to top it off their hot meals, like hot dogs, pizza, etc, are never available, when I asked why there is for say hot dogs their response is sorry we don’t serve them anymore. If it is a franchise I would look into it. It is very disappointing To frequent a location with such poor or lack of management."

"Most rudest disrespectful unhappy clerk who claims to be the assistant manager with no personality and must not enjoy her job time as her tone of voice is angry and hostile. I go to circle k three times a week if not more by my house and I've never dealt with somebody as rude as this I go to the one this one before I've been to it over the years there's never been a cashier as bad as this. Jasmine has no customer service knowledge whatsoever or how to deal with people. She also doesn't know how to tell age at 53 I haven't been id'd in 20 years I've worked for circle k and I've never demanded and taking something out of customers hand and I know for a fact at circle k they don't have to scan IDs it is not mandatory and this girl but she grabbed it out of my hand very rudely yes my id id is expired with covid I haven't been able to make it in but at 53 you know you don't expect to be id and a claim that cigarettes is illegal item"
