Circle K

"Besides the countless homeless people causing a ruckus in the parkinglot, customer service has been seeing a sharp decline. I've been patronizing this Valero a lot this year as it's on the way to my buddy's house, so it's a convenient stop for snacks or smokes. There's a hispanic cashier with long hair and glasses who has always been very polite & kind, though I haven't seen him lately. Today, I stopped in to find a new female cashier I've never seen before, didn't think much of it. I don't know what her problem was, but she refused to sell me cigarettes because the (30 something?) guy in front of me in line tried to buy the same kind, but had an expired ID. Good lord the attitude! She kept going on about "2nd party purchase" because I happened to also want a pack of Marlboro reds. Really left me scratching my head. Luckily there are other locations nearby, but man is it annoying to have to deal with. I think I'm just gonna avoid this dump from now on..."

"I'm giving the night crew one star because it doesn't let me give less. This is supposed to be a 24 hour store but apparently the night time cashier is to lazy to work all night, because he is constantly locking the door and hiding behind the counter on his phone."

"I am an Uber driver. And if your dirty old store cannot provide a restroom for me to use. I do not need to be filling up my tank twice a day here or buying my snacks and drinks either at your location. I think you just have lazy staff that don't want to clean the restroom."

"I came here trying to buy a protein bar, a protein cookie and a drink. When I went to pay for them, there was a tall older black male cashier with thick bottle glasses. He grabbed the two products out my hand and slammed them on that dirty counter. Then he toyed with then as if they were entertainment props. He flipped them in the air and I told them not to do that because they’ll break. He dismissed my complaint replying “aw they won’t break”. Then he did it again. (what an asshple) I told him to keep it and I only paid for the drink because I had already drank out of it. This occurred at the Circle K on Broadway off Josephine St on 5/28/22@9:20pm Hopefully someone will hit me read this and get rid of this clown."

"The employees are nice and helpful. Store is clean and we'll stocked. It gets very busy."
