"Once again they treat you like garbage but people still keep coming. My 16-year-old daughter suffers from anxiety she was out of her meds but they would not fill it for me what if I even if I waited there to a closing time thank you Walgreens you really not have treat you customers."

"Walgreens is located on E Broad and off Miller, serving the community of Mansfield, TX, with pharmaceutical needs and prescriptions and many more items such as medicines for headaches, colds , and flu. I usually come here to pick up my prescriptions that are sent from my primary care doctor, and every time I have picked them up, I have had no issues. When you are picking up your prescriptions, the directions are easy to follow, such as telling the pharmacist some basic info about yourself and providing an ID. Please note that the staff is on a short lunch break from 1:30 - 2:00 pm so there will be no service provided. There are chairs inside the lobby where you can sit down in and wait, or you can always walk around the store and shop and pay at the pharmacy counter when you are issued your medication. Overall, the staff and team do a great job fulfilling your medical needs, and I have never waited long. Upon checking out, I am always asked if I have any questions about the medicine, and I find it great that they are fulfilling great service to the customer since they are the subject matter expert in field. They will even go over prices for each product to check and verify that you are content in paying the prices your insurance has set. Great job, and thank you for everything you're doing to keep the community healthy and happy."

"Never had an issue with this pharmacy besides the long waiting line. But today I picked my prescription up and didn’t open it till I got home. I realize I only had 5 pills instead of 30. I get it people make mistakes. I called the pharmacy was on hold for 22 minutes just to get told that on his end it was showing 30 dispense which means now you want to assume I’m lying so I told them this medicine is under camera to go back and check them to verify I had only been given 5 he then responded with “they are too busy and will have someone else look into it tomorrow.” This situation was just frustrating."

"WORST experience I’ve EVER had with a pharmacy. Called them.. waited on hold for 15 minutes, finally was “helped.” Told me they never received my prescription. I hung up and called a few minutes later. I told them my name and where the prescription was coming from. They finally figured it out. Went to go pick it up and was treated like a second class citizen. They spoke down to me as I was less than them. Overall, bad experience. For your own sanity, please avoid. There are other late night pharmacies around.. worth the drive!"

"If you're not terminal, dealing with this pharmacy may be worse than your illness. Consider toughing it out, in order to protect your health. This pharmacy is some sadistic nightmare. They won't tell you when they're expecting stock, they won't help with insurance, they'll promise your prescriptions are ready and on your fifth attempt to pick up, it still won't be ready and they'll demand you wait an hour or come back again a sixth time. What the heck, it's only medicine. Did you really need it?"
