"Cashier Catherine disrespected a customer before she even had my transaction and when it was my turn to go to counter she gave me ripped bill for change and disrespected me as well very rude employee should not be working customer service job with that mouth"
"I ordered a Beef Fajita taco and this is what I found when I opened the taco... this is ridiculous"
"I stopped by after work 2am and it closed? I see the dude see me than look away and act like he didn’t. I’m tired running low on gas and now I have to drive another 7 min away because the cashier doesn’t wonna attend me. Jst close down already (That’s the Cashier Vehicle, proof he was inside)"
"Always terrible to order food at this location! The skinny woman that looks like if she's dead is incredibly slow. Her and the rest of the kitchen staff will see you standing there, not even acknowledge your presence. They usually turn right around and work on other duties or stand around complaining about the other employees. Plus, compared to other Stripes the tacos are very skimpy and like I said and they usually slather on each ingredient at a snail's pace. Maybe hiring a pack of snails would be faster than those women! Some of the older women are "friendly" and quick with only certain people that I guess they know. I don't recommend it at all if you are on lunch, I've walked out a few times and been late because of them. The rest of the staff at Stripes is pretty cool, but the kitchen staff needs a complete overhaul. Oh and this is based on many occurrences."
"I haven't been here in a while, but the one employee (didn't get her name) was not there to work. I had to figure out if my debit card needed to be swiped or inserted chip. She was there quiet until I asked how the transaction needed to be processed. No "Thank you" or anything, if it weren't for teleperformance feeding this location revenue it wouldn't be worth a dime."
