"Worst experience ever! Rude girl at drive thru! Then I ask for the manager and she is even worse! Would not give me her name and told me to leave with out getting my food! Then she proceeded to call the cops on me! I can't believe that they have that kind of managers working there!"
"The manger for the night shift omg she has the worst customer service anyone can receive the manger girl alone has an attitude and will talk like she is screaming idk who thought her how to me a manager but I always have some sorta of issue in this store and there employees not trying to work and having attitude. I wish for someone with a higher position than her because this is unacceptable"
"Went thru drive thru, ordered 2 coffees and a big Mac meal. I was asked to drive to spot 1. To wait for my coffees. Noticed everyone in drive thru and curbside getting their orders but me. I then asked one of the girls taking orders to the curbside what was going on with my orders. She asked what I ordered. Keep in mind I had to stop her even though she had gone back and forth taking orders to vehicles.. she is like " can I have ur receipt." They forgot about my order. The same girl brings me my coffees and hands it over to me.. top is open and spilled hot coffee in my hand and leg, all ao er my car and seat and she immediately checked the lid on the 2nd coffee. I got upset not only did I get burned, she didn't even say are you ok. I asked for her supervisor immediately. Super isor comes and apologized and asks if the coffee was really hot and did I get burned. Hello I didn't order cold coffee. I said of course it's hot let me pour some on your arm and u tell me if it's hot. She asked if I wanted to submit an incident report. I said yes. Managers need to be coached properly on what to ask their clients and if the employees don't want to be courteous and serve customers they need to go home. I am now waiting to see if the GM calls me I. Regards to my incident report and see how they are going to fix this and pay for the cleaning of my vehicle with the coffee spill."
"Show up at 0350 been sitting here at the drive thru, said hello, they employee obviously sounded annoyed, told me to wait 0405 finally got back to me said only cash and breakfast rn, i said that's fine, she said ok, hold on now been waiting 30mins and employee still hadn't reached back. Finally when she reached back 35 mins later, once again said breakfast only and cash only, again I state it's ok. She takes my order asked if that's it I say yes, she asked if I'd like them as a meal, I say no, she once agains asks will that be all, again yes. She clearly isn't paying attention. Now waiting behind a car that's been sitting a car that was at the window since when I first arrived. Clearly there is no sense of urgency nor do the employees care to work."
"It's always dirty, and the girls look at you, but don't ask if you need any help or even smile. Don't feel welcomed at all, and when you go to the drive thru, they're more concerned with getting the line moved than if your order is completed correctly. When you let them know it isn't, it always held with disbelief rather than concerned and helpfulness. They don't even say sorry when it is proven to be an incorrect order. Just give you the order back and close the window. I'm more concerned with being helpful and compassionate with the busyness and understanding of the workload."
