"I used to love this store but the more I go the more I realized that the employees lie all the time about their Hello Kitty items. One employee straight out told me not to bother looking for stuff at their store because the people at receiving keep everything that has to do with hello kitty to resell. And then I saw it for myself. Thin, kind of dark, male employee with tattoos came out the back with all the hello kitty stuff and gave it to someone waiting outside the stockroom door, for which he was handed a cash tip in exchange. I couldn't tell how much it was but I'm sure it was a good amount for everything. Its very upsetting when one goes looking for hello kitty items for their child and a grown man is keeping it all to himself for monetary gain. It's obvious corporate doesn't give a hoot about this problem because this is not the only store where this is happening here in the valley and these crooked employees are getting paid to scam people out of their hard earned money just because their company has no moral values."

"Awful place to work at. Hector, for receiving, has favorites. I thought this place was for people with busy life’s and go around your schedule. But according to him calling out due to sickness is “always making excuses”. No warning or at least a write up. Yet he’s so good with talking negative to coworkers who are lower level than him. Not even to managers. Doesn’t even schedule me anymore without saying a SINGLE word even though it shows I’m hired. At least say something so we can look for another job instead of waiting to be called in."

"Worst store ever long lines to pay not just long but extra long and not enough staff and the staff that's working are rude like they don't want to work there. Worst place ever. There is messages from managers owners etc from months ago I guess no one has done anything. This place sucks 1.5 hr in line is crazy just bcus I need to return two things that total $100 If not I would only give away what I purchased. This is ridiculous If I could rate no stars I would but I have to give it one star."
