"I purchased season passes on June 22 for the reminder of the season at $120. We have been pass holder for a few years and had some medical issues so we had to buy late. About a week and half later I received an email saying i could get the rest of the year and next year for only $89.95. I called and spoke with several and they every one keep saying if you purchased them two days later we could help you. I dont want a refund just add next year to mine now. It is so sad what they have become and sadly we wont return next year now. I dont think my request and so bad. Ill stay with the $120 I paid just add next years to it. I would like to add when I called the gentleman on the phone at corporate was beyond rude and told me "its your prerogative if you would to go somewhere else next year but there is nothing we can do for you goodbye""
