"The organization and management of this company is beyond horrible. No one can give you a straight answer about your account. Billing is always an issue with constant mistakes. Their promises to follow through, check in, etc are empty promises. In 5 months we had 0 visits to check in. Cleaning crews they employ are ok to good (depends on the crew) which is their only redeeming quality."

"This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, lying company ever. They lie to all of their franchises owners. The franchise support and accounting is the worst. They lie to the franchise owners when they don’t have a correct answer to give and they won’t try to help. The company misuses the paid invoices from the servicing companies and pays the franchise owners what they want to give them. Sometimes going months without be paid. When asked it’s always an excuse about accounting or the system. My employees and I went through the entire holiday season including Christmas without being paid. I would never recommend Openworks Commercial cleaning service to anyone. They lie and steal your money."

He is reliable and always addresses any concerns or issues that we may have. He is professional and easy to work with. Also, the Open Works management is regularly checking with us to see if we are satisfied. We are surely are!"
