"They blocked my Facebook messages when I asked for a refund for incomplete work. (Facebook messages saved, incase they said I was rude) I would not recommend. I had them come out to clean air ducts and dryer vent. They were pretty quick to finish, a few days later we are doing a walk through of the house and noticed the dryer vents were un touched. We were selling our house and didn’t need them to come back out to complete the work. I called for a refund just for the dryer vent part. Long story short, they blocked my Facebook messages when I followed up asking for someone to call me back about the refund."

"Ordered $127 AC duct and dryer vent cleaning. Was told they accept Credit Card. Man showed up, tried to sell me an upgrade service of $799. I asked my neighbor watch him outside and he did nothing. He did open AC plenum and reclosed it. No cleaning of anything was done. He wanted and insisted on cash, which I paid. After the Green City Pro technician left we checked the vents and they were very dirty. Photos are after Green City left."

He said with the age of my home and the symptoms me and my family were experiencing it was time to replace our airduts. He was able to get me scheduled for service the following Monday.
