"We love Manning Pool Service! They have always shown up, rain or shine, on the same day around the same time every week since we hired them. If any maintenance issues were discovered they have always communicated them to us immediately and worked quickly to repair/replace parts. They provide a pool service document/recap with each visit so we are aware of the chemical levels in the pool as well as any adjustments that we made. We have never had an algae or pool water issue in the 1.5 years we've been using them for service. Communication is easy and seamless and our most common technician, Amber is always delightful to work with."

"We called Manning pools to come do a cleaning for our pool after all the leaves have fallen and to give us a quote for a quarterly filter cleaning and general check our pool levels. They called and said we had to pay $95 for the one time cleaning in advance and they would call and let us know when they could get us on the schedule. Okay so we paid $95 up front to have the pool clean off the leaves and check the water. They came out today and did not clean the pool. The guy told us the $95 was for him to come out and give us a quote. WOW really- that’s a lot for 10 minutes of your time. Thank you for a quote of $300 to clean the pool and filters. Our pool is a cocktail pool and is small only 4 feet deep all the way across. Thank you but NO thank you!"

We have been thoroughly impressed from day 1 with Amber, our service technician. She is professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and pleasant. "I want to genuinely thank David Manning for canceling my weekly pool cleaning service. If it weren’t for receiving an email one day out of the blue from David informing me they would be canceling my service effective immediately, after years of loyal service and thousands of dollars spent, with un-factual reasoning as to why, and with no personal phone call or forewarning, I would have not found my new pool maintenance company. My pool has never looked better and on top of that, I’m saving $60 a month! Shame on me for not knowing I was overpaying for weekly service with Manning Pool Company. I certainly won’t miss receiving all the emails from Manning Pool maintenance department with quotes to replace and fix every little thing at ridiculously high pricing. After a couple of years, I became wise to their maintenance tactics to nickel and dime their clients and began simply using my home warranty for any needed replacements and repairs. I imagine the real reason David decided to cancel my service was not because my pool became too hard to maintain compared to previous years, but simply because he realized he could not get away with charging me an arm and a leg for every major or minor maintenance job, as this is the area where they more than likely profit the most. It’s pretty evident their weekly maintenance team is trained to spit out quotes for anything and everything because of this. Our ignorance as homeowners who don’t know anything about pools, is their bliss. If you are looking for a weekly pool cleaning service, or needing any pool maintenance work in general, take my own mistakes as guidance, do yourself a favor and shop around! (I am not the type of person to leave negative reviews for a small business because I am small business owner myself. If David would have tried calling me first to talk things through, or if he simply would’ve given me the common courtesy of calling me back, especially after years of loyal service, I most likely would have just walked away. The lack of customer service and respect displayed on his part is what drove me to feel the need to share my story)"

"I really highly recommend Manning Pool Service. I had a very short timeline of needing to renovate my pool and Manning was able to get the job done seamlessly. They were in consistent communication regarding every step of the process and ensured that everything was taken care of in time for our event. The follow up and consistency and their customer service is what makes them stand out! We also did their cleaning services and would recommend that as well. They send a detailed report after each visit and do a great job with the service. Special recognition to the owner himself, Jeff Manning, and Ian who works in the office as well. Jeff was very thorough and consistently checked on the progress of the replaster. We chose the pebble sheen in Aqua Blue and absolutely loved the look. Pictures attached of the beautiful job that Manning did and we are in love with our new pool!"
