"First time using the service and they broke the ceiling fan light fixture. Got home and it was in the floor. No apology, no explanation. I called the office and still have not heard back from them. No accountability, I will not use them again."

"This was my first time having a cleaning service so I didn’t really know what to expect. I really appreciated that before the service started the maids told me upfront that I needed a deep clean instead of a regular clean like what I scheduled. I didn’t know what to expect so I appreciate being told upfront instead of receiving an invoice after the clean that was higher than agreed to. The maids really did an excellent job, I look forward to scheduling them again at my next appointment."

"Diana and Steve did a great job, again! They worked together and communicated well in order to cover as much ground as possible. They clearly take pride in their work and took initiative on things I had not seen previously. When I asked if they would use my product on my hardwoods, they happily obliged. They even went above and beyond by offering support to me post surgery and helping with a few things I could not do. (Bend low to find the cleaner, turn down the AC and put the key through the slot, so I didn’t have to get up.) They are kind, professional and thoughtful."

"This was my first experience with Two Maids and a Mop Cypress. The communication prior to the house keepers arriving was great and very detailed. Upon the housekeepers arriving they came in spoke and went straight to work. One in particular was very nice and friendly the others just worked and didn’t say much which I understand and didn’t take it personally. I would use this company again as everything was clean except one area and the bed wasn’t made correctly but everything else looked great and I feel the more I use them the more they will understand my routine. Only thing I would change is if they could submit a receipt the day of or the next day."

"We tried Two Maids & a Mop three times. The first time was probably the best clean but it was still below average. The other two cleans were below average. Dirty towels and mops were used and it showed on all surfaces. Counters and floors were very dirty after they left. Rug by back door entrance was never touched. Sheets were skipped on one of kids beds. They basically spray clean smell and push dirt and dust around leaving a poor cleaning job for what you pay. Very unsatisfied.
