"We called COMFORTMAX Heating & Cooling on Monday night and spoke to Mark. We told him about the issues we were having with our furnace, and he told us that Him and his technician Jim would be here at 8 am. Mark was originally going to be off Tues but went out of his way to do what he had to make sure we had heat. They showed up at 8 am Tuesday on the dot and did a thrall check on my furnace and told me the furnace had to be replaced. Mark gave me a quote that blew the competition out of the water! They got right to work and were done in a couple of hours. I appreciate their professionalism, punctuality, and how thrall they were to answer any questions I had.
