"Been having Tom (Solid State Controls) maintain our furnace and keep our dryer vents clear for about 15 years now. Finally saved up enough for a major first floor renovation and found out Tom and his team have so much more to offer. They were able to move our sink and dishwasher to a different location (plumbing & electric) as well as relocate a supply vent and a return vent to different walls. All of this at an affordable price and great onsite attitude. Tom and his team are thoughtful and creative with their solutions, while maintaining/meeting current code standards.
