"Best pharmacist and pharmacy! She helped me get my prescription after some technical issues and was very nice and understanding. Highly recommended."
"My boyfriend has some sort of reaction every single time he gets a vaccine where his body rejects it (vezo Vega), and he psyches himself out and he faints and goes pale or almost gets sick. It’s not even a fear thing for him, it’s his body reacting immediately after a foreign substance enters it by injection. It’s been that way ever since he was a child, including even when he got his Covid vaccine last year it happened. We explained this to the pharmacist, Amy. She said she’s never had anyone faint on her in 14 years. We were joking and telling her we’re sorry we may ruin your winning streak!! TRUST - she didn’t let it happen!!! She was so kind and went above and beyond to walk my boyfriend through everything and gave him tips on how to make his body feel it less, and even sat with him afterwards, occupying his mind. For the first time in his LIFE - he didn’t faint!! She went the extra mile to make him comfortable and make the whole experience, some thing actually *pleasant* rather than totally dreadful. For both of us! I wish we could find her for every single vaccine for him he’ll need for the rest of his life because that was truly miraculous and we can’t thank her enough! This woman deserves HUGE props for achieving what he thought was the impossible!!!! Thank you so so much Amy! You’re amazing!!!"
"Routinely, there is no urgency to vaccinate customers when they arrive on time for scheduled appointment. So far, been waiting 31 minutes for vaccination. Walmart Pharmacy has better walk-in service in this regard."
"Today we went for a shingles vaccine and were the only people at the pharmacy counter. As they got our paperwork together several more people came in for a vaccine of one kind or another. During this time of covid it was getting a bit crowded as we waited. Instead of processing our paperwork and giving our shots so we could exit the store they processed all the vaccination paperwork of all the people and we were there for a hour and 30 minutes waiting. I thought this was all kinds of wrong especially during the covid epidemic when you try to stay away from a crowded area. We will not return to this Walgreens again."
"I went in on Black Friday to pick up prescriptions. I walked by an end cap of toys that had a sign that ready "By two, get two free". The sign said the toys were $6.99, or $3.49 each. I pick out the only 4 toys that were in the age range of my 3 mo old great grandson. When I got to the register, I told her about the sign because it was ringing up at full price. She wasn't very friendly when she told me I needed to enter by rewards number for it to ring up the sale price. So I did. After everything else had been rung up, it did not show my items at $3.49 each, or buy 2 get 2 free. She looked through the sale paper but didn't know why. She called the manager to the register. He also looked through the sale paper, then looked at all the items. It turned out one item was $9.99, so I didn't qualify for the buy 2 get 2 free. I said okay, I had pick the only 4 toys within the age range, so could I get the items at $3.49. He said no, I had to buy all 4 items that were priced at $6.99 to get 2 free ones. Well, one item was $9.99, and I would have paid that had they honored the $3.49 for the other 3 items, but they didn't and didn't really act like they cared if the sold the items or not. I told them I didn't want them. The cashier didn't know how to take each item off, so she voided the entire sale and had to ring up my other items again. To me this is some what deceptive, advertising a certain price, but then including items on the shelf that will disqualify you for that price. I won't buy anything but my prescriptions from them again. I'll get my personal items and other things that I pick up there from another drug store, or better yet from online."
