"It’s the day before the huge snow storm and I wanted to refill and pickup an important medication before the storm starts. The Walgreens app says it’s delayed but doesn’t give a reason why. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the pharmacy and I’ve been on hold for an hour and a half. After an hour on hold I heard someone pick up on the other end and hang up. I called again and it’s been another 30 minutes. Not sure what’s going on with this pharmacy but i live about 15 minutes away and i might drive over to get an answer. I should be able to get a hold of my pharmacy to get an update on my medication. This drive I’m about to make is a waste of time and gas."

"Never one good experience for over a year now. I moved to Palatine last year and unfortunately this is the closest pharmacy to my place. I always wait in line for over 10 minutes if it’s drive thru or in person. Today I had a prescription for a pain killer, I was in pain, I was waiting over 30 minutes and when I went to check they said 10 more minutes. They had 3 pharmacists and 4-5 technicians. I was really upset how customer service is going downhill every day at this Walgreen."

"I have done the online script transfer request, twice. When that wasn't filled, I called the pharmacy directly for my third attempt and got a person's name and even a case/call# for my script to be transferred. I was told it would take 24 hrs and to come by the next day to pick up. I waited 2 days and when I went to pick it up they had no record of my call to them, even with the case/call# I had! So, in person, I made my FORTH request to have my scripts transferred to their location. Today, they are STILL not there. I have called my doc office and the scripts have been sent to correct location. I am at my wits end with this and if I didn't require the afterhours, I would not complete this transaction. I am on attempt number FIVE today!"

"Spent so long shopping here today….GM is helpful and sweet. I believe some of these reviews are wrong. If you don’t like this Walgreens, go down the street to the other one. Walgreens is always busy. And it’s holiday time."

"My son doctor sent an emergency prescription around 4 p, I came to pick up around 730 pm the pharmacist told they are out of stock, I have to call my doctor to get the prescription transfer somewhere else or wait for today. No one could call me earlier to tell me they were out of medicine, that's really bad customer service now I'm here not have any medicine for my son not knowing what to do"
