"Purchased cords for my families iPhones as stocking stuffers, sold by and recommended from Target staff. Attempted to exchange since they are the wrong connectors. Refused on account of Targets unique, baffling, and out-of-step industry practice of refusing Apple product store credit or return to the card. So I’m stuck with $150 of goods. Reminds me why everyone just heads to Amazon. Or in this case, Apple. 0 stars."
"Target drive up service is bad. I have wait 45 minutes and I am getting a message by says the order was picked up when I am still waiting for it. The store manager SAM and Lead of the department telling me its been picked up. When I talk to them about the issue, they can't tell me what happen and all of the sudden the order appears. They don't have no manners how to talk to the customers. Sam needs to be trained properly and Target needs to make sure hire someone with the customer service experience. If one of the drive up employee makes a mistake accept it and Apologize for the mistake. He is telling the customer here is the order and very Rudely saying have a nice day."
"Great store, but do NOT shop at night. Old lady at parking lot pulled up to my squad and was clearly on several drugs and begged for money as more people approached us. We left. Stay safe."
"I do pick up here all the time. I only have to wait a few minutes which is pretty impressive. Target as a whole is my preferred choice over WallyWorld. Recently when you go in store late at night after 8PM it seems there are very few employees to help. When I was there last, there were no cashiers and only self checkout and I was 18th in line and it took forever. It would be better to have one cashier on at all times"
"This is the third time I have walked into this store and found expired food products on the selves. My daughter has severe allergies and can only eat vegan mac and cheese, and all of the boxes were expired. They do not remove expired food from their shelves... Management does not care. Will be reporting this."
