"Every time I pick up a refill for my son's medication, it is so difficult to have them flavor it. It's a 30 min ordeal trying to get them to do it. After the 8th refill you would think this wouldn't be so hard. They give me the run around every time on why they can't flavor it. The customer service is just subpar. Tonight was the last straw. They asked me to circle around so the other cars can get their medications. I ended up calling the northwest hwy location and they said they can flavor it. I will be moving our prescriptions going forward!"

"I went to this pharmacy to make them aware of drug abusers in my household picking up prescriptions. I asked that the pharmacist be aware that they drink 30 vodkas prior to picking up the adderall and klonapin. The drug dealer still gave my friend the drugs. and now he is in jail for attempted murder. WHY???"

"Pharmacy: Be prepared to wait 40 minutes with appointment for flu shot. I was surprised to find so many open slots for scheduling a flu shot while other locations had limited choices. Now I know why: they are not using the online scheduled system. In fact they prioritized walk-ins registering after I registered in the store. Store: Lots of empty shelves and SKU's"

"I get being a busy Pharmacy, I really do, but the complete lack of care is astounding! Medicine called in on Wednesday, I’m told it’s delayed, call Saturday and the blazè attitude about when they will know if it’s in the latest shipment or not coming until Monday / Tuesday, when I’m literally out of my medicine I take twice a day is ridiculous. Busy or not, worst pharmacy and staff I’ve ever encountered!"
