"Probably went during the worst time of year (it was muddy, so bring your boots), still my pup had a blast. Running across such a large area (60 acres) off leash got me a very tired dog in the end. There were several other dogs too on a Sunday afternoon and owners seemed friendly. Peaceful time near the lake. No signs along the trail and there were some areas where you can sit for rest. Porta potty available near parking lot. Website says dog permit is required."

"Although small this preserve has a bit of everything, prairie, lake, wooded area, both paved and unpaved paths. It has two sections with separate entrances. One of them is an off leash dog park. This review is for the other section with the entrance from Glen Ellyn road."
"This of all the two Page County off leash Force Reserves is the best by far. My dog tramp and I love going there and spending the day it's like a day at the beach for dogs. In the winter time it's tranquil quiet and just played beautiful you won't be disappointed"
