"Great place to be. Beautiful Monuments dedicated to the fallen soldiers. There's also a trail around this park that leads to New Hope street and the neighborhoodsnearby, and also cement walkways throughout. Basketball court, and multiple tennis courts. A couple of baseball fields. There's also a tiny community garden for members. There's a paid subscription pool here thats rarely open on certain days of the week. A small exercise area for adults. (Pull up bars, dip bars, etc) Parking never seems to fill up, even on weekends. Many trees and brush throughout."
"Great park and very spacious. I take my dog here often and he loves to play with the other dogs and jump in the water. The pool is busy on a hot summer day, and they have tennis courts."
"Beautiful park in Cedar park area with its history, picnic area, benches, playgrounds and “playground” with lake for dogs, the cutest thing ever I haven’t seen before! Nice place."
"The veteran’s walkway is beautiful! What a way to honor our vets everyday! I mostly visit for the Bark Park with my Mia. She enjoys her visits as well!"
"From the perspective of a non-dog owner, this is a great little park which I like mostly due to its proximity to where I'm staying. What's useful to me (and harder to tell by maps and reviews) is that there's a 1+ mile track around the edge of the park which is perfect for a morning walk. There's also an amazing pool complex that I would have loved as a kid and the veteran/armed forces monuments and statues are pretty cool. The dog park does look amazing with lots of happy dogs and places for owners to socialize. I'm sure it would earn full stars if I were using it for that."
