"We entered into a contract with Denali Pools in January 2021, embarking on a project that spanned nearly two years. Despite the prolonged timeline, in the end we have a unique and beautiful result. Matt Hamilton from Denali Pools dedicated considerable time to conceptualize a pool design that not only met our expectations but also allowed for the transformation of a small existing pool into a sunken fire pit. We began our project with Gabriel, our initial Superintendent, who is exceptional. However, due to reassignments, Gabriel was replaced by another Superintendent whose performance proved to be less than satisfactory, leading to several issues. Upon their visit and inspection of our property, Denali rectified the situation, redoing some of the tile work and honoring commitments that had been overlooked by their former employee. We finished the project with Joe Ruiz, whose exceptional dedication ensured the completion of our pool, spa, and fire pit. One notable instance was when we encountered an overflow issue with our catch basin; Joe ensured that Denali redesigned the basin and completed new tile work and autofill. Joe is an excellent communicator who has been responsive and thorough in addressing many minor issues. We are very pleased with the pool, spa and fire pit."

"We had a great experience with Denali Pools. They got the design right for us, natural stone and a free form pool design with water fall features. We’re really happy we added a spa, it’s beautiful and we will use a lot. Joe was our project manager, he did a fantastic job overall and came around frequently with solutions to issues. We had an issue with ground sinking around the pool, they took care of it and fixed at no cost. The pool looks fantastic and happy we took the ‘plunge’. They do quality work. "We are very pleased with the design and project management of our pool with Denali. Esteban, our sales/designer, came up with a really nice pool design that works for us and is what we are looking for. He patiently answered questions of a first time pool buyer. I appreciate that he did not pressure us into buying and let us decide on the time we are ready. We are also very pleased with how our Project Manager, Hilario, handled and managed the build. He has been super patient with us as we ask questions throughout the build, met with us whenever we needed him to stop by, and gave us recommendations based on his experience. There were materials we thought would look good but functionally will not work in the long run - we appreciated his honesty and being upfront with us. He also pointed things in the hardware/software that we might not have fully understood and might not have made an informed decision. There were bumps along the way, but Hilario was there to give us updates in every step. They started digging end of July and we were in the pool by end of Sept, just in time before it got cold.
