"this pharmacy is the worst once i’ve been to, good luck trying to pick up any prescription you will wait at LEAST 45 minutes inside or the drive thru. every. single. time. on top of it they are not very nice"

"You will die waiting in your car in the drive through. It never was this bad even a couple years ago. Days will go by before you get to the window or that red carriage thing that disappears up into the drive through roof. Hopefully someone finds and identifies your skeleton in your car so you can be returned to your loved ones, because you ain't getting your prescription(s) on time! Good luck with your pickup!"

"Photo machine was down for two months but there was no notice when ordering. Constantly a long wait at the pharmacy. Literally just spent 10 minutes watching them dig through bins for a prescription they couldn’t find. Made and appointment for vaccines and still had to wait in line and then for someone to do the shot. Go to any other Walgreens, or a CVS, or Jewel."

"Terrible Walgreens pharmacy. I had my wisdom teeth pulled on 10/03 but they lost my pain relief script my mom dropped off. Been on the phone for over an hour to talk to someone…. I have been using the Walgreens in New Lenox on Schoolhouse road. Much better service for the extra 25 minute drive. It’s unfortunate we have such a terrible pharmacy at our local Walgreens in Lockport. Rude, unhelpful, and uncaring."

"Garbage. They don’t care about patients. They always act irritated. I understand if it’s a busy store but there’s clearly no sense of urgency, just self centered people. Too busy gossiping and hating their jobs to care. There used to be one good tech but she left and I can’t blame her. Working around all that negativity would push me out too. Go in and just hang out by the counter and listen to their banter. Just complaining about anything and everything. Save yourself the stress and go to Will-Cook road. Day and night difference."
