"This Pharmacy is terrible every time I go there is always some type of issue"
"Prescription has been out of stock for a week so I called for an update. I waited on hold for 40 minutes. Understandable, pharmacy can get very busy. They finally answered, said they would check if it came in and put me on hold for another 20 minutes. Same pharmacists comes back asking how she can help me. I told her she was already helping me and asked her my same question. She said they still don't have the dosage I need. I asked if they have a lower dosage and she said she did not check but she could go back and look if I wanted to. I said I'd really appreciate that. She proceeded to sigh very loudly in clear frustration and left to go check. I've been super nice and understanding this entire time. When she comes back she tells me they do have the smaller dosage. I say thank you, and that I apologize as I know she is frustrated with having to check for me, but I need a refill on my prescription. She stays quiet and rudely asks if I need anything else. I said no thanks and disconnected the call."
"Delays continue getting worse weekly. Drugs out of stock, never ready when promised, extremely long lines, drive through randomly closes, and difficult to get a pharmacist on the phone for answers. In addition, Walgreens automated pharmacy calls are not accurate: says ready and go to pharmacy but Nothing is ready so more delays! Pulling business from this location."
"daughter had surgery and was given RX for Pain 8 hrs later ,she is told we will call . This was extreme pain ,I got the RX back and took it to CVS it was filled in 25 minutes ."
