"This review is regarding the experience I had earlier today in the pharmacy. The guy who rung me up directed me to the manager since I was being prescribed a new medication. The woman screamed at me and belittled me just because I asked her for the little grocery card that gets you 20 percent off after so many prescriptions. She told me I couldn’t have it because of my insurance which is fine but I told her I had new insurance that would make me qualified she then screamed at me again and told me no. I kept my composure and just assured it was okay so I could just get out of there. She made me very uncomfortable. What a horrible person. Should not be working in customer service. Her name I believe was “Biatta” (I don’t know if I spelled that right) I called this evening asking for her name and the man on the phone told me “she didn’t mean it” and that they’re short staffed. Well I’ve also been short staffed at my jobs and managed not to scream at customers for no reason. I didn’t even do anything except ask for a grocery card. I wasnt demanding anything or coming off as rude at all. She just decided she didn’t like me I guess. Definitely not someone who should be working with the public. I cried when I got out to my car because of how horribly I was treated. I’ve been with jewel for me prescriptions forever but as long as she’s there I think I will go elsewhere."

"Drive up and go is the worst customer service. They never answer the phone and I’m always waiting 15-25 minutes for someone to bring out my groceries. This is ridiculous ."

"To start, they simply do not communicate here AT ALL. They will patronize you, are you signed up for alerts... yes. We have a new app and... yes we know its been up and running for a while now. But did you sign up for phone alerts...yes. Excuses followed by more excuses. I reckon that it starts with the lead pharmacist as I have never had a pleasant interaction with her. I was told that my medication would be ready in 30 min. That was 4 days ago. I find out today it's not even available, on back order, and no set date to arrive. Had someone updated me I could have outsourced to another local pharmacy and possibly even stayed on a consistent schedule with my medication. THIS HAPPENS EVERYTIME I AM DUE and I have been so inconsistent with my medications that I am all over the place. They just simply DO NOT CARE. This is an effort issue. Not a systems issue, not an institutional issue, unless you are attributing it to overall lack of systemic operations for supply & demand. This place Id imagine is genuinely screwing things up for people and just have a bunch of accelerated program entitled low IQ individuals. It pains me to say that about people who are supposed to be professionals, as I am aware of the ever-changing landscape that has been presented to us all over the past couple of years. GUESS WHAT WAKE UP TIME TO MOVE ON. I'll take my prescriptions elsewhere. Not like they will be upset losing business I am absolutely sure they do not care. Find a place that wants to help you."
