"Berkots shelves are always full. Their food products are fresh and reasonably priced. I called and asked about purchasing a smoked butt. The employee went to that department to physically LOOK. Came back to the phone and let me know that he had it and would hold it for me to pick up. Customer service like you never see any more."

Nancy saw me struggling with clipping coupons, and she jumped rite I'm to help!! Berkots should make it that if you are a loyalty customer, all and every coupon should be automatically available. "Placed an order online to be picked up 2-4 pm. Email said it was ready. Pulled up staff did not have it picked. Manager onsite did not know how to manage online orders . A nightmare never again. Next time driving to Mokena! Organized, better management. Hopefully this location closes"
