"This company is the worst. Continually hung up on us when we tried to figure out why we owed over $400 in our water bill. Ultimately had no explanation for the charges and had to pay the amount or be charged an extra $50. The worst part about this company is there is no other option in our area. Yay government monopolies. If you can, do not move into a neighborhood run by these crooks. You will save yourself a lot of money and anger. I hate you Fort Bend Mud."
