"We went to get my order online. So, when the boys went to put my item on my trunk, I asked them if that's the only box. Many times I have asked. They said, "Yes". But I am still wondering. Because I know it's a big item. When we got home my husband said, the box says 1 of 3. Where's the other 2boxes? I called right away. Then the lady told it is still here. So, I need to spend another time, gas and effort to go back and get them. I suggest that they need to check everything first before bringing all the items to the curbside."
"Came to pick up an order of an item that was out of stock at the store I usually go to. Cashiers were pretty busy so I asked the guy by the front door if he could help, but he said it was really important he stay there. I thought fair enough, maybe he takes his job seriously. So I went to wait in line for almost 15 minutes while he sat on his phone the whole time. Cashiers were very nice and helpful though."
