"Wasted my time coming here. The store clerk did not know how to make a quote. And kept arguing and telling me that they do not make quotes. When i have gotten a quote there before by another clerk who had helped me before. But the main reason i had to go back was because the first clerk did not give me a quote to the right parts. They need better training… Now have to go 10 miles to the next location."

"I took a pool cleaner in for diagnosis on a Sunday. I was told the only person who could look at it would not be in until the following Tuesday. They would call me. I called them days afterwards, only to hear an excuse why it was not looked at. I then made another trip to take them the "needed hose", and was assured it would be looked at the next day, and I would receive a call. Still no call today. When I called them, I was left on hold, and then disconnected. I made a final trip to the store, and no one had looked at it. I was told by the assistant manager that the manager was having problems at home, and they were backed up. He said the employee who promised it today was new and didn't know what he was talking about. When I asked for a number to complain to corporate, he denied knowing it. He could only refer me to his absent manager..who is part of the problem! I took the non-working cleaner to someone else. I will never spend another dime at this poorly run establishment."

"I've been a Leslie's customer for around 6 years. Prices are good but customer service is THE worst. Some of people that work at this location are Idiots. Be careful, you should find better service if you go to the Westhaimer & Mason location."

"The manager saved me a bundle. I went in ready to research new pumps. Mine was broken & no parts found. Pool was not circulating. New pump would be over $2000. He asked me the details & suggested I bring my pump in. Long story short… he fixed it himself in less than a half hour & I am back up running. Big savings."

"I've been a long time Leslie customer - over 20 plus years. I normally go to one of the Mason Road location. However, due to a backlog, I decided to take my Polaris 360 to this location. Zach was fantastic. He was able to fix me up in short order and got my Polaris 360 working again without any delay. Excellent customer service."
