"The staff was extremely friendly and kind, but I was sad to hear that PetCo only uses clippers and cannot provide an overall scissor-cut groom. I have a dog with very long hair (which was indicated in my booking), and the longest clipper attachment is 1", which is far too short. Perhaps it is long enough for other long-hair dog breeds, but my dog needs at least 4 inch long hair around her whole body. I was surprised that there is no verbiage about this limitation when booking a haircut with a dog with long hair. Is it possible to provide longer clipper attachments so that I can utilize the full service that I'm paying for? The technician was only able to trim her with scissors, so sadly, she still has a "needs to be groomed" look."

"Took my bernese mountain dog to get groomed and have a little hair cut off....(a little) but gave him a close shave! not what I asked for at all! Not to mention, you don't cut long-haired dogs that much ... last 2 pictures are what they did. The first one is what he should have looked like !"
