"Owners and staff are incredibly rude and cut my dogs ear in 4 places and failed to tell me (I noticed when I got home). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let them groom again, and my dog looked absolutely awful and was shaking of terror. Yet again, I noticed he was cut. He needed stitches. This has happened multiple times. I have had way more success at PetSmart. No joke. Do not take your dog here."

"I took my martipoo 3times. First time they came back with paw's not shaved. Second time it came back without cleaned ears. I made mistake, I took them 3rd time. This time one of my dog came home with shaved tail hair. There's little matted instead comb through, they shaved them all. I feel so sorry to my dog. This will be my last visit. So people beware of it . Two dogs only took 1h 15mints? They don't comb, they will shave hair."

"Do NOT take your dog here. I took my cockapoo here twice. The first time he came back shaved way further down than I wanted because I was told he had severe matting, which was OK with me. However when my puppy came home he was visibly shaken and spent time hiding under furniture which concerned me but I thought he was just scared from his first professional grooming. A month later I sent my dog to this groomer again and I had identified where his matting and knots were ahead of time, but he still came home completely shaved short with almost no hair and I was told he had severe matting even in his face, which I knew was untrue. Besides the bad cut, my dog came back BLEEDING from a huge gash in his face that the groomer left without even mentioning it to me when I picked him up. He was once again shaken and hid under furniture when he came home. Do NOT trust these groomers with your dog, they clearly run out of time and do quick cuts and sometimes even cut the dog without caring. If you care about your dog find a more careful groomer."

"I brought my 9mo old mini bernedoodle in for the first time and saw Tanya. She took so much time with Izzy because she was really scared of the blow dryer. She also did an unbelievable job!! So happy! Will definitely be back to see you Tanya! Thank you!!"
