"Date of Stay: Sat and Sun nights, Feb 17-19, 2024 Room: great view, clean Service: nice, breakfast on Club level (5th), convenient and great views from the club room. Breakfast food: just OK; good for a simple and quick start to the day! Location: situated in a nice green area, easy to walk dogs, I imagine it will be beautiful in the summer, close to top bakeries in area, good ethnic food, and shopping! Highlights: view from the room and the Club; across the streets from Whole Foods !!! Bottom line: great value - will stay again!"

"Adequate for a 4* hotel. Good location near Glenview and Whole Foods. FYI the windows don’t open - the room could have used some fresh air."

"Convenient location closer to the airport. Lots of convenient shopping nearby for food and essentials. Free parking lot parking is a bonus. We went in Jan, rooms and temp were well maintained. The exercise room is well appointed but I've never worked out here due to no time. The 5th floor lounge is a nice spot for breakfast. The staff were all very friendly. Thank you for your hospitality Sheraton Northbrook, I would be visiting again."

"Location is good, staff is courteous, hotel is clean but room had a weird smell which was attended by staff but smell remained. No microwave in rooms. Club lounge is pretty small, computer there didn’t work though but breakfast there was good. Lobby area is pretty small. One restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner, food is good. Parking is free. Shuttle service available."

"The shorter old man with the apron wasn’t really polite at all. It almost ruined my stay but luckily the bartender Arsalan was nice. The customer service was pretty alright too. I don’t know if I’d come back with that man in charge."
