"Friendly staff. The location is great with the rest of the shopping center, Starbucks and places to eat nearby while you wait. Our little one was well groomed and happy. I'll definitely be back!"
"It really is a hit or miss here depending on the groomer. This time, however, we brought our 14 year old shih tzu to be groomed by Jazmin and after consulting with her about the matting on our girl, we agreed that a shave down on her body would be necessary. Mind you, we’ve had issues with matting in the past, but have been able to maintain the shih tzu tail and rounded face typical to the breed. I did express my desire for this to Jazmin, and had her word she would try her best. I don’t doubt she tried, but to pick up our shih tzu with a completely shaved tail, ears, and choppy face was pretty disappointing to say the least. Her explanation to me was that it would’ve looked “disproportionate” to her shaved body. I don’t mean to say we are guiltless in this, as her matting is and always has been our problem. However, we are hurt at the lack of care shown to our girl. We will not be back."
