"I truly feel sorry for the people that have to use this company. Since when can an electric company not give you an estimated cost of utilities at an address you're about to rent? This woman actually informed me "I can't give that information out without the previous tenants permission ". Sweetie I'm requesting an approximate not the actual amount, nor am I requesting age, name, or date of birth. Plum idiocy.. it's an apartment complex I didn't even ask for a specific unit. How is telling me what I could expect to pay for electric for a unit on the property violate anyone's privacy?"

"I called and left a message because it was before they opened at 8am. They promptly called me back a bit after 8am, and guys were at my house less than an hour later. We had a branch heavy with snow pressing down on our power line. They cut the tip of the branch and fixed the problem! Both the office staff and the electrical team were friendly and efficient. We greatly appreciate them especially during a snow storm!"

"One of the ladies that works in the office is always very unpleasant. She's consistently rude. She should be fired. Also, there is never a way to check on outages. Website needs updated. Would love to have a different electric company."

"Be Aware! I set up new service. They said “Bring in a utility reference letter and you can get your $140 deposit back.” Just left there with my reference letter from a precious utility company. The response was, “Oh I’m sorry, we don’t give deposits back.” And…. “If you stay current for 2 years, we will refund your deposit.. Advice! Get your reference letter BEFORE setting up service! They will NOT give your deposit back even though they tell you they will. I gave a one star because I don’t like a business that does not tell the truth."

"Do a google search about how many times a major city wide outage occurs in Farmington. Typically involves waiting for Ameren to come in and resolve the issue. Yet Farmington has their own Grid and charges residents for power you have to get through the city. Why are we paying the city for electricity when they can’t even manage their own grid? ..seems like it’s just to take your money."
