Quality Inn Farmington

"The service was horrible. Went to check in, and they did not have the roll-away bed available that I had requested. The room key was not able to be programmed and they had to use the master key to let us in the room. They went to buy a roll-away bed. They did not assemble it, I had to do that, they did not give me sheets, blankets or pillows for it, I had to get them. They did not clean our room the entire weekend that we stayed, my fiance and I did that ourselves. Horrible service. It is suppose to be a non smoking establishment and the room across from our room, the tenant was smoking Marijuana and it reeked of it for hours. I do not recommend this establishment ever."

"Had 2 nights booked. Checked out after 1 due to extreme noise after midnight including 2 employees standing outside our door yelling to each other at 2 am. The hallway and entry area reeked of marijuana. People were walking in the hallways smoking joints and staff saw and did nothing. Room (118) was mostly clean but had something suspiciously looking like blood on the wall by the door. We complained 3 times thru the night with no resolution. Asked to speak to a manager to explain and to ask for a refund for our unused 2nd night. Was assured by the front desk attendant that she would have him call me. Has not happened. Very trashy communal sitting room by the pool. It had junk laying all around it including a broken pool pump. I would not even give this hotel one star!!! I am a Choice Hotel Gold Member and have never had this bad of a stay! I will also report this to Choice Hotels Corporate. Unless you want to inhale marijuana second hand smoke and put up with way too much noise and employees who don’t take care of issues, then you should steer clear and stay somewhere else. Online pictures are misleading and obviously NOT this hotel’s rooms."

"Stay somewhere else at all costs! We were in room #202. The room was filthy! Floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed since 1980, the sheets were VERY dirty, not just stained and smelled awful. The conjoining room door was held shut with a chain lock that was attached to the door trim that was pulled almost completely out of the wall; we barricaded the door with a table and chairs to feel somewhat safe. There was scrap metal under one of the beds. The shampoo/conditioner/lotion had been opened and used but put back as new. The toilet paper was so thin you could see straight thru it. There was no elevator."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. Customer service here is top notch and that's hard to find nowadays. I came in very late and couldn't book the date I was trying to because it was after midnight, but luckily front desk, Tanna, helped me and for that I am forever grateful. She was really nice, understanding and very helpful towards me and my family. Housekeeping lady was friendly too, even made sure we had enough towels in the room. This place is quiet, not much going on outside, which is nice. Beds were clean, shower was nice, room was very spacious even for having two beds. One of the best stays I've had and I travel a lot. Will be coming back the next time I'm in town."

"The only thing I did not like was the fact that I had to clean the hot tub before I was able to enjoy it and they have taken a window pane out of the window which made the concrete cylinder room very cold. Other than that I will gladly go back to the establishment. Beds were great, room was Clean and neat"
