"Pay for a monthly membership and the indoor pool is always either closed or you can only use one side of it. They then include nothing outdoor, the water park, with membership even though the inside is ALWAYS closed or only partially available to no fault of the paying members. The staff are mostly teenagers which would be fine if they communicated. One will tell you something then at shift change you're being told to move or something completely different. They sometimes don't have enough life guards so of course they prioritize the outdoor, the money maker, and paying members are left out of luck and still expected to pay for the outdoor park on top of the membership fee even though it's not their fault they don't have enough life guards. Have an autistic toddler who first of all doesn't want to be in the more crowded outdoor water park and also loves swimming more than anything but now the membership is not worth the money like we thought it would be. The hours are also really not enough for the indoor pool availability. They could definitely keep it open later."

"Our bank was housed by the civic center and they really changed the entire atmosphere of the place and made it very Christmas like and were amazing hosts for us and the catering company they hired. Thank you!"

"Whoever runs this place does not care. $53 monthly membership with poor hours, no discount while they spend a month fixing their pool, you must sign papers to cancel. Teenagers up front are rude and stay on their phones while you ask them questions they do not know to the answers to. Highly dissatisfied with my entire experience except how nice the lady was in the daycare facility."
