"I try not to come here often because ownership has turned this place into a dump in the last few weeks. I typically only go because the staff has always been very pleasant and always helping me find the perfect items for my collection. Lately prices have gone up a lot more while sell value remains the same. They are full of stuff they clearly can’t sell and they never seem to run any good deals anymore. I noticed that the store manager and most of the employees have left in the last few days and I wonder if they left due to the horrible ownership that they worked for. Needed to pick up an extra remote for a console tonight and the store was closed and it was 6pm on a Wednesday stating they closed at 4:30! Don’t waste your money here folks. Not this location or any other of their stores. Might as well go to GameStop now."

"Went here earlier today and found out that my favorite employees were no longer there, I don't like that one employee that wears a mask he always judges my games that I get and talk way to much . also the store is a big mess and very unorganized. I was a regular and now I will never be back"

"This has become one of the worst game stores I've been to. I used to love coming here, but something has happened recently that has made the experience terrible. The store has gotten messier, they never have what I want in stock, and it's overall just a really bad place compared to every other game store in Fort Worth. I've also been to the Burleson location and it was somehow worse, so maybe they're undergoing change in management or something, but overall stay away!"

"I've gone multiple times to trade in my belongings; knowing I wouldn't get the exact price I paid for it. The first time was a bunch of Funko pop dolls that I got about 3 to 5 a piece for just to come back and see they were selling them for 3x as much than what they gave me but I still got 60 bucks for 10 pop dolls. The second I got 40 for 5 Funko pops and the third time I got 20 bucks. The more trade in it seems the more they haggle. I know for a fact the 2 boys and one older gentleman were discussing how low they could give me so they could in turn buy it for cheap before it hits the shelf. I was definitely robbed."

"I’ve been in several times the gentlemen here are extremely helpful they had a woman here who I assume was the manager on duty or even the keener regardless she was super rude when we arrived. I’m not sure if she’s the owner or the manager but she could definitely use some tips on customer service. She didn’t ask what we needed and assumed we were trying to pull one over when we just wanted to trade in and exchange some games. Seriously considering going elsewhere in the future. Only reason I’m not leaving 2 is because they are generally nice when we come in."
