"I took a charm bracelet into Fast-Fix jewelry and watch repair to have 2 charms added for my granddaughter’s birthday. The gentleman that works there(the owner) said that would cost $18 per charm and it would be ready next Friday. It was Saturday so, we left it with him to add the charms. I went back on Friday to pick it up and nothing had been done. I told the lady working there that he had promised he would have it ready for her birthday. She said sorry he is not here. You’ll have to wait. I told her I’m not waiting because your boss lied to me. I want my bracelet and charms back now. She told me that nobody needs your attitude and gave it back to me and said to go somewhere else you are not welcome here. I took it to James Avery and they put the charms on for $10 right then and there. That’s the way business should be done.. I do not recommend Fast Fix in Hulen mall to anyone. They are not fast nor do they fix things as promised."

"SO FRIENDLY, AND SO FAST!!! I went in for a ring resizing and it was finished (and polished for free!) within a few hours! The shopkeepers were very kind, helpful, and even threw in a 10% discount! And the service itself was very reasonably priced, especially for the incredible work they have done. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!"
