"If I could give this florist a negative star I would. So disappointed in the flowers that were delivered to my mom for Mother's Day. The flowers were supposed to be delivered Friday, May 7. As of 5:00 PM my mom still hadn't received her flowers so I called April Showers and got their answering machine. I left a message about the flowers not arriving and asked for someone to call me the following morning. At 9:20 PM Friday night, my mom had a knock on the door with her flower delivery...at 9:20 PM...seriously? Needless to say, the flowers she received were basically thrown together and looked NOTHING like the $100 flowers I ordered. This florist should be ashamed of presenting arrangements like this. I called the florist numerous times on Saturday and only got their answering machine...I never received a phone call back. When you live far away from your loved one and want to send them some beautiful flowers, DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!"

"We've used this company twice to send flowers. The first time, they arrived on time on a busy day (Valentines), and were beautiful. The second time they didn't arrive at all. We gave them a day to show up and then started to call. We called a number of times and they never returned our calls or delivered the flowers. In fact, I called twice more before writing this review to give them one last chance. Even worse, we were sending the flowers in response to the anniversary of someone's death. Way to blow it. I wouldn't recommend using them."
