"I visited Michael’s at Wolf Ranch tonight, like I had done other times without a problem. There was a young man with a beret walking around with a cart (an employee) who was eating food while walking around with the cart, presumably putting things back on the shelf. He was wiping his hands on his apron but still getting crumbs and grease everywhere, especially on the items he was restocking/putting back. He was also rude when I asked a question and stated that a sign said something that it in fact did not say. I’ve had a great experience here otherwise, but this individual needs to learn some etiquette."

"After searching at two other well known local craft/fabric/hobby stores for the type of artificial flowers my wife was looking for we ended up here. Michaels had everything we were looking for and a whole lot more. The prices on comparable items from the other stores seems to be somewhat less expensive at Michaels. It's nice to know this store is a good resource for future projects."
