"We ordered a large pink spray for a funeral and paid extra for the banner. The flowers were delivered with no bow or banner and were approximately half the size that they should have been for a large spray. We were embarrassed. They just looked cheap. And instead of having eight pink and white lilies they stuck in three yellow lilies which did not match at all. The photo on the left is what we expected to receive"

"As many of the other reviews explain, this company is a waste of time and money. I pre-ordered a potted plant for my sister’s birthday with guaranteed delivery. I was never given a confirmation or tracking number. My sister’s birthday came and went, without any delivery. When I called to inquire, the service claimed they had delivered the plant. I have since called three times to ask for a refund or another attempt at delivery. I was finally told today that they would be delivering the plant again. However, I then had an email saying the plant was no longer available and I could choose from a variety of a dozen rose bouquets as a substitute. This was obviously not equivalent in price nor intent. I was forced to cancel my order. I am certain it will take more calls to receive my refund. To put it lightly, this company is a scam."

"Save your money, buy elsewhere. My husband purchased tulips for our anniversary. Bruised and old roses arrived( not tulips, 1 broken stem, not even 1 dozen and the order was delivered late. Total rip off, would give zero stars if possible. You can do better on the street corner or at any chain grocery store. Only gave 50% refund spent 100. If you are looking to give kindness to your loved one this won’t do that."

"I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday for a birthday surprise, for a good friend. I received 10 confirmations regarding the order. I got a phone call two days later to let me know the flowers were never delivered because they didn’t have the arrangement that I had picked. Really??? They couldn’t have substituted something else? They couldn’t have called me to let me know that they were having an issue? I would never order from them again! It really sucks that my friend never received her flowers. It would have been a very nice surprise! I guess I will stick with one 800 flowers next time."
