"Took a print I wanted to get custom framing for into Michael’s. The frame selection is easy and the staff is very friendly. They have great options for any budget. However when I picked up the piece I noticed the framing had some scuffs on it and when we went to hang the picture the screws weren’t put in the right spot so the wire immediately fell off. Luckily it wasn’t on the wall when that happened. I took it back in and I’m await the redo of the project. Hoping for a better result this 2nd attempt."

"Bought something I needed to get a job done and it was the wrong size, it was $60 dollars. When I tried to return it they said that specific item isn’t refundable after being open. None of the workers told me this at check out before. You’d think they would if the item is over $50 or more but no. The receipt didn’t state this either. All they did was just pointed out a tiny written sign hanging near the floor that said their policy. They also don’t price match with their website. Very annoying experience and shady business. You’re better off buying from Amazon or going to hobby lobby."

"The crew that runs the custom framing department are simply amazing! I have brought many things to them and have always been beyond thrilled with the outcome. The photo for this review comes from their work on an original hand painted animation cell I acquired and brought to them. I knew it was in fantastic hands and the final product did not disappoint... in fact it still blows me away every time I look at it."
