"DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS WHEN YOU ARE MOURNING A LOVED ONE!! We went to over six different floral arrangement businesses looking for casket spray, heart stand, & cross stand with lilies and roses. Our final location visited, Friday, April 8th, was Faith Hope & Love 6626 S Flores St, San Antonio, TX 78214 Samantha, very sweet & helpful young lady, showed us some arrangement books. We found the stands & floral spray we wanted for our mothers service. We started asking about prices and packages. Samantha was not sure of prices of packages so she had to call business owner more than once to confirm information provided in books and to confirm cost. The owner confirmed that spray from the book, (pg 60), we selected would look exactly that big & the stand would be like stands seen in shop (which were not small). We were quoted $600 for everything. The package included casket spray, big heart & cross, including 6 boutineers to be delivered by 1pm on April 18th, 2022. We felt very blessed in making our mothers final goodbye beautiful. We didn't expect to be "scammed" during our loss and mourning. On April 14, I received a call from manager, Yvonne. She stated that floral arrangements may not arrive on committed time of 1pm on April 18th because flowers may wilt if delivered by 1pm. I asked if they had several deliveries and she said no, ours was the only one for April 18th. I then asked if floral arrangements wilt right away. She said "not really" which didn't instill much confidence in her response. She did not sound very informed of products sold & implied that they would not be responsible if flowers wilted on day of our mothers funeral viewing if items were delivered before 3pm. April 15th, I asked funeral place to please contact business and confirm if items would be delivered by 1pm. Funeral director stated arrangements would be delivered by 1pm, per manager Yvonne. April 18th, day of services, we arrived for family viewing. The floral arrangements were not the size we had ordered. To be fair, the arrangements were beautiful. However, they were way smaller than pictures we were shown. I called business and Yvonne stated that is what was ordered. I informed her that we paid for what was bigger shown onsite. She stated the temp, Samantha didn't know. I told her it was unprofessional to blame someone else for products sold. I asked her to have owner contact me. Owner, Elizabeth, Liz, contacted me and I informed her of our observation and not getting what we purchased. She started raising her voice and started arguing with me on phone on the day of my mothers services. She told me that the ribbons alone cost $20 so we should be happy because we got a package worth more than $600. She also stated that we should be mourning the last time we are with our mother not worrying about the arrangements because they were beautiful. I told her the concern wasn't about the beauty of the arrangements, it was about the size. She continued to tell me that boutineers should've been charged and we got a pricier arrangements than $600. I informed her that her niece, Samantha, called her twice on the April 8th and "owner", you, confirmed price and size of packages. She continued to be very loud, rude, unprofessional, and threatened to come pick up her product. She said she would give me a full refund but she had to come pick up her product. I told her that was not very professional in threatening, especially while we're in mourning for our loss and in the services. She continued to raise her voice repeating the threat and I hung up. Be careful when using this business."

"I'm giving two stars only because the staff are very friendly. However their work was terrible. I ordered the casket spray for my husband and luckily I went in to get something else and saw the disappointing work. We had to pay extra to add some roses and had to remind them to add the banner that we had requested on the arrangement. Even then it was so disappointing to see on his casket. Definitely not worth the money. This is something you don't want to have to worry about when you are mourning your loved one. Save the heartbreak and go elsewhere."
