Leslie's dedication to providing superb customer service was evident from the moment I approached her with my concern. She actively listened to my issue, showing genuine empathy and understanding. Not only did she address my concerns promptly, but she also went above and beyond to rectify the situation in a manner that left me feeling valued as a customer. What impressed me most about Leslie was her exceptional conflict resolution skills. "Sadly, I'm in the same boat as many other poor individuals who placed an order online, got charged, and the order was NEVER MADE OR DELIVERED. They don't provide you any proactive communication, they're near impossible to get a hold of, you leave voicemails that are never returned, and they don't apologize for anything. It's shocking to me. Edible Arrangements used to be amazing, but this was abysmal. Do not order from them. I definitely won't."

"The first picture you see is what I was suppose to have delivered to my house. The delivery driver I would say Uber delivered to my house at 10:15 p.m at night. It must be out for awhile because the basket was wet. The white chocolate covered was soggy. My order was suppose to be delivered before 8:00 p.m. I didn’t get any flowers and the fruits were terrible. The stems for the strawberries were still on the strawberries. No unicorns in the basket. I didn’t get any pineapples it’s suppose to come in the basket. The fruits tasted old. You have some lazy employees!! STAY AWAY!!"

"We came to this location because the other location by my house has not been providing the same wonderful strawberries in used too. I'm from California and would buy my strawberries from Edible Arrangements for years, I moved here 4 years ago and every year on my birthday my husband buys them for me. They suck! So this year he went to this location and same! They are tiny and only half the strawberries have chocolate. I missed the great quality I once received. Looks like we will no longer be buying from this company. Even the packaging was not provided properly. God be Edible Arrangements!!!"

"My wife ordered the picture on the left for our wedding anniversary. It got delivered to me in the picture on the right. It looks like I got a leftover cheesecake. My wife called the number and they basically said be happy with what you got. That is a terrible way to run a business. I am in the food industry and this is a piss poor representation of your products and customer service."
