"VERY disappointed, I called on a Saturday (to give enough time for them to arrange and deliver) I requested the delivery for a Tuesday, they asked if they could call me back, we’ll they never did. Since we really wanted that arrangement I called back on Sunday and placed my order. These were for a funeral for my nephew/godson who had a tragic death. They didn’t arrive on Tuesday till after six in the afternoon)this was after my son called very upset. They finally arrived lacking a part of the arrangement. We called again and they returned with the missing piece. One on the left is what we ordered one on the right is what we received. I will never recommend them to anyone ever."
